Lightme is a professional camera and photography application that allows users to capture, and enhance photos and videos. We use your device ID to identify your account and provide personalized services. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue to service at any time.

2. Account Identification

Lightme uses your device ID to identify your account and provide personalized services. You agree to:

• Allow Lightme to access your device ID for account identification
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur on your device
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your device

3. User Content

You retain all ownership rights to photos and videos you capture using Lightme. We use your device ID to identify your account and provide personalized services. You retain full ownership of all content created using our application.

3.1. Photo Library Access

Lightme requests access to your device's photo library to save the photos and videos you capture. We do not upload your photos or videos to our servers or any third-party services. All content is stored locally on your device and is never transmitted externally. You can revoke this permission at any time through your device settings.

3.2. Camera Features

Lightme provides professional camera features including:

• Photo and video capture with multiple aspect ratios (4:3, 16:9, 1:1)
• Real-time beauty filters and enhancement
• Flash control and zoom functionality
• Front and back camera switching
• Timer-based photo capture
• Live photo and video recording
• Photo and video preview and editing

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use Lightme for any illegal activities
• Upload or distribute viruses, malware, or other harmful code
• Interfere with or disrupts Lightme service or servers
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any other user's account
• Infringe upon others' intellectual property rights
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Use camera features to capture photos or videos of others without consent
• Modify or alter photos or videos in ways that violate applicable laws

5. Subscriptions and Payments

Lightme may offer both free and paid subscription plans. Paid subscriptions will automatically renew unless canceled before the renewal date. All payments are processed through the Apple App Store and are subject to Apple's terms and conditions.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to Lightme for violations of these terms. You may also terminate your account at any time by deleting the application.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

Lightme is provided "as is" without any express or implied warranties. We do not guarantee that the service will be error-free or uninterrupted, or that content will be secure and not lost.

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Lightme or its affiliates be liable for any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting a notice in the application or on our website. Continued use of the service after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.

These terms shall be governed by the laws of your country of residence, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
